We are looking for a 
Project Leader
 to join our team and take a pivotal role in the delivery of architectural projects, from concept to completion.

The Project Leader acts as the bridge between 
project management
 and 
project architecture
, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest design and technical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day coordination of project/s.
  • Manage communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and internal workflows.
  • Produce, review and coordinate drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and project requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members.
  • Support Project Managers with budgeting and resources, and Project Architects with technical detailing.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture (Master's preferred).
  • 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in NOK
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of design and construction processes.
  • Construction experience
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with BIM workflows (preferably Archicad).
  • Fluency in English and Greek.
