Spa & Beauty Consultant

Το TATOΪ Club αποτελεί ένα ιδιωτικό Club Μελών με σκοπό τη βελτίωση της καθημερινότητας των ανθρώπων που έρχονται σε επαφή μαζί του. Βρίσκεται στη Βαρυμπόμπη μέσα σε ένα πλούσιο φυσικό περιβάλλον και βάση της φιλοσοφίας του είναι η ολιστική προσέγγιση στην ευεξία. Από την άθληση, την πρόληψη και τη διατροφή μέχρι τη χαλάρωση και τις κοινωνικές στιγμές, το Club επικεντρώνεται στη συνολική ευζωία των Μελών και επισκεπτών του, προσφέροντας ένα ευρύ φάσμα προσωποποιημένων εμπειριών που αλληλοσυμπληρώνονται.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Εξυπηρετεί τα Μέλη, έχοντας ολοκληρωμένη γνώση για τα διαθέσιμα εμπορεύματα και τα χαρακτηριστικά τους, προτείνει συμπληρωματικά προϊόντα (cross-selling/up-selling) ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες των Μελών, χειρίζεται με άνεση την ταμειακή μηχανή και τις πιστωτικές συναλλαγές.
  • Παρακολουθεί την αξιοποίηση των Μελών σε υπηρεσίες του τομέα Spa & Beauty, μέσα από πολύ καλή γνώση και διαχείριση των πληροφοριακών μας συστημάτων Cosmos & Galaxy, με στόχο την προσωποποιημένη εξυπηρέτηση και τη διασφάλιση της μεγαλύτερης δυνατής δέσμευσης και ικανοποίησης των Μελών, αλλά και την επίτευξη των μηνιαίων στόχων πωλήσεων του τομέα Spa & Beauty.
  • Υποστηρίζει την εμπειρία των Μελών στον τομέα Spa & Beauty επικοινωνώντας μαζί τους αναφορικά με τον προγραμματισμό των κρατήσεών τους και τη διαχείριση των αιτημάτων τους.
  • Υποστηρίζει την ομάδα των Spa Therapists & Beauty Pros και διατηρεί επικοινωνία με όλους τους τομείς του τμήματος Wellbeing (Tennis, Fitness, Invigo, Spa & Beauty) με σκοπό την ολοκληρωμένη κάλυψη των αναγκών των Μελών.
  • Συμμετέχει στις συναντήσεις της ομάδας, στις εκδηλώσεις του τομέα Spa & Beauty, καθώς και στις προγραμματισμένες εκπαιδεύσεις για τις υπηρεσίες και τα προϊόντα των συνεργαζόμενων εταιρειών.

QUALIFICATIONS & ABILITIES

  • Απόφοιτος τμήματος Αισθητικής
  • Αποδεδειγμένη 8ετή προϋπηρεσία σε 5* χώρους παροχής υπηρεσιών, με επιθυμητή την προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Απαραίτητη γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας. Επιπλέον γνώση ξένων γλωσσών επιθυμητή.
  • Διαχείριση προγραμμάτων υπολογιστών και καλή εξοικείωση με τεχνολογία.
  • Υψηλός προσανατολισμός στον πελάτη.
