As a Senior Dealer, you will be a key leader within our dynamic Dealing team. You will have an excellent opportunity to drive excellence in a high-performing team of professionals and enhance your expertise in financial markets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in overseeing market operations, ensuring seamless functionality of trading platforms, and mentoring junior team members, while demonstrating strong leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor financial markets, staying informed on economic events, market holidays, and coordinating necessary adjustments to specific markets or financial instruments
  • Oversee the implementation of the company's Internal Regulations and procedures within the Execution Department, ensuring strict adherence to the Order Execution Policy for all financial instruments
  • Ensure the company's Trading Platform(s) remain fully operational, delivering accurate, real-time pricing and news updates
  • Supervise and manage re-quotes, slippage during high-impact news events, Sunday market openings, and spreads, particularly during Rollover periods
  • Lead the adjustment of settings on platforms such as FxCore PE, QAdmin, BMM, etc., during major, medium, and minor news events and market openings across different shifts
  • Oversee the timely closure of expired futures orders on all servers (demo and real) upon expiration
  • Provide accurate, real-time data to the company's Risk Management Committee and Risk Manager regarding open positions and exposures to facilitate effective risk hedging
  • Ensure the accuracy and correctness of the company's hedged exposure at all times
  • Handle client communications, addressing inquiries, requests, or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Leverage advanced reporting tools to analyze data, propose actionable improvements, and drive operational efficiency
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Company's Management, Department Manager, or Shift Supervisor, providing leadership and guidance where needed

Requirements

  • University Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in financial markets or trading operations
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional command of the English language
  • Advanced proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
  • Superior numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams
  • Deep passion for and understanding of financial markets
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, Monday to Friday (08:00 – 16:00, 16:00 – 00:00, 00:00 – 08:00)
