We are seeking a
Business Project Manager
to lead the successful delivery of high-impact and business-oriented projects across the organization. This role is central to our company's growth, serving as the bridge between strategic vision and actionable outcomes. Working closely with senior leadership and top management , you will transform critical company priorities into tangible results. The ideal candidate is a
consultant at heart, adept at translating the 'big picture' into clear, manageable tasks, and relentlessly driving momentum to hit deadlines and achieve objectives.

As a Business Project Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-track strategic projects (e.g., commercial, operations, growth initiatives), ensuring execution is on time, within scope, and on budget;
• Structure the problem space, perform initial analysis, and translate strategic objectives into detailed, actionable strategic workstreams, in close collaboration with each Project Owner;
• Define clear tasks, timelines, milestones, and deliverables;
• Expertly manage competing priorities and multiple parallel projects, effectively prioritizing critical path items and resources to maximize impact and alignment with the strategic vision;
• Act as the primary point of contact for execution and an expert trusted advisor. You will actively foster strong collaboration and unify different cross-functional teams (Marketing, Commercial, Operations, etc.) to ensure alignment on the methodology, deadlines, and processes;
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and challenges. You will be responsible for driving momentum and actively 'chasing' teams and individuals for commitment and adherence to deadlines and deliverables;
• Monitor, analyze, and provide consistent, high-clarity reports and presentations to stakeholders and Top Management. Proven ability to leverage tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or Power BI) for robust performance tracking and governance;
• Drive the establishment of best practices, templates, policies, and tools to strengthen project management capabilities across the business;
• Conduct thorough post-project reviews and retrospectives to capture lessons learned and ensure proper documentation.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in project management/delivery roles with a clear commercial or business focus, in dynamic environments;
• Consulting experience is highly preferred;
• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to translate business goals into actionable project plans;
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to influence, engage, and drive momentum across multiple teams (Product, Marketing, CX, Commercial, Operations);
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, multitask, and execute both tactical and strategic initiatives—from solving day-to-day issues to rolling out company-wide programs;
• Proven experience working with data-driven decision-making, KPIs, and performance tracking to optimize outcomes and support business needs;
• Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset—comfortable taking ownership, proposing solutions, and operating independently when needed;
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders, converting complexity into clarity;
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep cross-team initiatives moving at speed;
• Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile/Lean/Waterfall) and tools and/or PMP/PRINCE2 certification would be considered a plus;
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
