Elix is on the Ionian coast of mainland Greece and lays in a stunning location above Karavostasi beach between Parga and Syvota.

Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Front Office Team Leader to join the Avali hotel team for 2025 in Corfu.

  • Supervise the operations & SOPs of reception, guest relations, porters & doorman team

  • Support all the shifts

  • Deal with customers and handle complaints

  • Meet guests' requests
  • Train the front office team
  • Schedule shifts
  • Monitor stock and office supplies
  • Respond to guests' emails
  • Ensure company's policies and security requirements are met
Requirements
  • Minimum two years working in a luxury, 5-star hotel
  • Degree in hospitality management
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and fidelio
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Strong leadership skills and interpersonal communication skill
