Βασικές αρμοδιότητες:

  • Συντονίζει τις καθημερινές δραστηριότητες του εστιατορίου, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του προγραμματισμού και των λειτουργιών του προσωπικού.
  • Παρέχει υψηλής ποιότητας υπηρεσίες τροφίμων και ποτών για να μεγιστοποιήσει την ικανοποίηση των πελατών.
  • Διαχειρίζεται τα παράπονα των πελατών αποτελεσματικά και επαγγελματικά για να εξασφαλίσει μια θετική εμπειρία.
  • Παρακολουθεί την ποιότητα των προϊόντων, επιβλέπει το απόθεμα και επικοινωνεί με τους προμηθευτές.
  • Διασφαλίζει την τήρηση των προτύπων υγείας, ασφάλειας και υγιεινής.
  • Διαχειρίζεται και βελτιστοποιεί το λειτουργικό κόστος, ελαχιστοποιώντας τα απόβλητα και βελτιώνοντας την αποδοτικότητα.
  • Παρέχει ανατροφοδότηση και εκπαίδευση στο προσωπικό για τη βελτίωση της απόδοσης και της παραγωγικότητας.
  • Προώθηση του εστιατορίου μέσω εκδηλώσεων, κοινωνικών μέσων και τοπικών συνεργασιών για να ενισχύσετε την αναγνωρισιμότητα της επωνυμίας.
  • Προσαρμογή συνολικής ατμόσφαιρας ώστε να ταιριάζουν με το στυλ και τη διάθεση, βελτιώνοντας την εμπειρία των πελατών καθ 'όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας.
  • Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η παρουσίαση του προσωπικού ευθυγραμμίζεται με την εικόνα της επωνυμίας και παρέχετε εκπαίδευση για τη διατήρηση των υπηρεσιών.

Requirements

  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία ως Store Manager, General Manager ή σε παρόμοια θέση στον κλάδο της εστίασης.
  • BSc στο Business Management, Tourism Management, ή ένα σχετικό πεδίο κατά προτίμηση.
  • Σε βάθος γνώση των λειτουργιών τροφίμων και ποτών (F&B), συμπεριλαμβανομένης της διαχείρισης κουζίνας και front-of-house management.
  • Επάρκεια σε λογισμικό διαχείρισης εστιατορίων (π.χ. συστήματα POS, εργαλεία προγραμματισμού).
  • Ισχυρή ηγεσία, επικοινωνία και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες.
  • Εξαιρετικές δυνατότητες οικονομικής διαχείρισης, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του προϋπολογισμού και του ελέγχου του κόστους.
  • Γνώσεις πληροφορικής (MS Office) και άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας. Οι πρόσθετες γλώσσες αποτελούν πλεονέκτημα.
