Junior Accounts Payable Specialist

Βασικές αρμοδιότητες:

  • Υποστηρίζει τις καθημερινές διαδικασίες πληρωμών
  • Καταχωρεί και συμφωνεί τιμολόγια προμηθευτών στο σύστημα
  • Προβαίνει σε πληρωμές και διευθετεί οικονομικές εκκρεμότητες
  • Επικοινωνεί με προμηθευτές για διευκρινίσεις ή διαφορές τιμολόγησης
  • Τηρεί αρχείο παραστατικών
  • Συνεργάζεται με τα αρμόδια τμήματα και τις διευθύνσεις του Ομίλου, διασφαλίζοντας την ορθή ροή πληροφοριών και την έγκαιρη τακτοποίηση των πληρωμών

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ / ΑΕΙ στα Οικονομικά, Λογιστική ή σχετικό πεδίο
  • 1+ έτη εμπειρίας σε παρόμοια θέση (κατά προτίμηση σε τμήμα AP)
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών
  • Ευχέρεια στη χρήση MS Excel και ERP συστημάτων (κατά προτίμηση SAP)
