Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain CV database and keep record files, compile information and prepare recruitment reports.
  • Be responsible for preparing job descriptions, posting job ads in career sites and social media
  • Conduct interviews in order to assess and select the most talented candidates
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
  • Interact with potential candidates via phone, social media, and professional networks
  • Get involved with the project's recruitment strategy and participate in client's meeting
  • Be responsible for the organization and execution of the company's career events

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
  • MSc/MA in Human Resources will be considered an asset
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English language
  • Familiar with workable use
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (recruiting on social platforms and other sources channels), will be considered an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
