We are looking for a Information Systems Administrative Support Officer to join our dynamic team.
As the Information Systems Administrative Support Officer you will be responsible for managing the information systems used in the company's technical department. They contribute to the smooth operation of systems, data updates and analysis, and communication with users to resolve operational issues.
Responsibilities
- Data entry into relevant systems for generating required reports.
- Supporting computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Communicating with suppliers and partners regarding software support issues.
- Recording and resolving operational problems related to information systems in collaboration with suppliers.
- Monitoring and improving processes by suggesting solutions for more efficient system use.
- Participating in data analysis and report generation to optimize operations.
- Supporting the management and implementation of digital transformation projects.
- Ensuring compliance with information security and data protection procedures.
- Preparing reports related to the above responsibilities.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience with CMMS, ERP, and other related platforms.
- Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative support role is desirable.
