As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries via phone, email, and chat.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.Meet individual and team performance targets.Required Skills and Qualifications:Fluency in Italian (C2 level) and proficiency in English (C1 level).Proven experience in telesales or customer acquisition roles preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Application Instructions: To apply, please submit your updated CV along with a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and language skills in Italian and English.
