Job Description:
We are hiring experienced English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a global BPO leader in Athens. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment supporting well-known international brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Provide product/service information accurately
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in customer support (6+ months preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Eligible to work in Greece (EU passport or valid permit)
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends
