This is a full-time, remote position supporting one of our global partner projects across various industries. You would be working within a large international platform that collaborates with major brands to provide high-quality services and solutions. Role Description As a Customer Service Advisor for the Portuguese market, you will handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and back-office tasks. Responsibilities may vary depending on the project but generally include customer support, issue resolution, answering questions, managing requests, and providing solutions in a professional, empathetic, and results-oriented manner. Requirements Previous experience in Customer Service, Support, or similar roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage inbound calls, chat, and back-office channels Fluency in Portuguese (native/C1) and a good level of English Experience in international environments is an advantage Self-motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused Work Model On-site or Remote positions available Remote roles require candidates to be based in Greece* Projects across different industries (technology, digital platforms, consumer services, and more) What We Offer Competitive compensation package Performance bonus Additional benefits (e.g., meal card, private health insurance depending on the project)Relocation support International work environment Full training & continuous coaching Flexible schedules Start dates from December 2025, onwards Interested or know someone who might be?
