What You Will Do: Advanced Troubleshooting: Provide first- and second-level technical support via phone, email, and chat, focusing on hardware, software, and networking issues for connected devices.Remote Guidance: Guide customers through diagnostic processes, firmware updates, and app configuration steps.Case Management: Meticulously track all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and outcomes in the designated CRM system.Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of current and new product specifications and technical features.Service Excellence: Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) by providing timely, accurate, and courteous support.
