  • Keep accurate records and follow up on customer requests.
  • Collaborate with the team and follow company guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Fluent Polish (written and spoken) & good English skills.
  • EU citizenship OR valid work permit (full-purpose, specific-purpose, or refugee protection certificate).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • No previous experience required – entry-level role.
  • Ability to work remotely after completing on-site training.
