The Opportunity (1 Position Open): You will be the key resource for high-value customers needing assistance with the complex functionality, connectivity, and troubleshooting of modern smart home and personal care devices. This role requires patience, diagnostic expertise, and the ability to clearly explain technical solutions via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a resolution that reinforces the brand's commitment to quality. What You Will Do: Advanced Troubleshooting: Provide first- and second-level technical support for a range of connected devices and high-end machinery, diagnosing issues related to software, hardware, and network integration.Remote Guidance: Walk customers through complex diagnostic and resolution steps, including firmware updates, app configuration, and maintenance procedures.Case Management: Meticulously log and track all customer interactions and technical outcomes in the CRM system, ensuring high data accuracy.Customer Experience: Maintain an exceptionally high standard of customer satisfaction by providing timely, expert, and courteous support.Training and Development: Actively participate in all virtual training sessions to stay updated on new product releases and technical changes. What You Need to Succeed: Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Italian (C2) is essential, along with professional working proficiency in English (B2 minimum).Technical Background: Proven experience (1+ years) in technical support, help desk, or IT customer service, ideally with connected devices or complex consumer electronics.Work Environment: Must have a dedicated, private, quiet workspace and a stable, high-speed internet connection suitable for handling VoIP calls and remote diagnostics.Problem-Solving: Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills, capable of identifying root causes of problems quickly.Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, demonstrating strong empathy and patience. Cosa Farai: Risoluzione Avanzata dei Problemi: Fornire supporto tecnico di primo e secondo livello per una gamma di dispositivi connessi e macchinari di fascia alta, diagnosticando problemi relativi a software, hardware e integrazione di rete.Guida Remota: Guidare i clienti attraverso complessi passaggi di diagnosi e risoluzione, inclusi aggiornamenti del firmware, configurazione delle app e procedure di manutenzione.Gestione dei Casi: Registrare e tracciare meticolosamente tutte le interazioni con i clienti e i risultati tecnici nel sistema CRM, garantendo un'elevata precisione dei dati.Esperienza del Cliente: Mantenere uno standard eccezionalmente elevato di soddisfazione del cliente fornendo supporto tempestivo, esperto e cortese.Formazione e Sviluppo: Partecipare attivamente a tutte le sessioni di formazione virtuale per rimanere aggiornato sulle nuove versioni dei prodotti e sui cambiamenti tecnici. Cosa Ti Serve Per Avere Successo: Fluidità Linguistica: La conoscenza nativa o quasi nativa dell'Italiano (C2) è essenziale, insieme a una competenza lavorativa professionale in Inglese (B2 minimo).Background Tecnico: Comprovata esperienza (1+ anni) nel supporto tecnico, help desk o servizio clienti IT, idealmente con dispositivi connessi o elettronica di consumo complessa.Ambiente di Lavoro: È necessario disporre di uno spazio di lavoro dedicato, privato e silenzioso e di una connessione Internet stabile e ad alta velocità adatta per gestire chiamate VoIP e diagnostica remota.Risoluzione dei Problemi: Forti capacità di ragionamento logico e analitico, in grado di identificare rapidamente le cause alla radice dei problemi.Soft Skills: Ottime capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta, che dimostrino forte empatia e pazienza.
