What You Will Do: Shipment Tracking: Provide accurate, real-time tracking information and proactively communicate potential issues or delays to customers.Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve service interruptions, file claims for lost or damaged goods, and coordinate with local delivery teams to ensure timely delivery.Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and resolution steps within the company's internal logistics and CRM platforms.B2C Communication: Deliver empathetic and professional service via phone, email, and chat, translating logistical terminology into clear, customer-friendly language.Compliance: Adhere strictly to all internal security and quality assurance standards regarding customer data and operational processes.
