Customer Support Specialist Dutch & English Market (Remote from Anywhere in Greece)Start Date:2 January 2026Location:Athens, Greece (Remote within Greece)Working Schedule:Monday Sunday, 10:00 19:3040 hours per week (8 hours per day / 5 days per week)About the RoleJoin an international Customer Support team providing top-quality assistance to Dutch and English-speaking clients. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats ensuring professional, empathetic, and timely solutions. The role is fully remote for candidates already living in Greece with stable internet connection and a local residence.RequirementsFluency in Dutch (C1+) and English (B2 minimum)Eligibility to work in Greece (valid work permit or EU citizenship)Previous experience in customer service or remote assistance preferredTech-savvy, reliable internet connection, and comfortable working remotelyStrong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skillsCompensation & Benefits1,500 gross/month × 14 salaries per year(12 monthly + Easter + Summer & Christmas bonuses)Private health & life insurancePerformance bonus (in line with project-specific criteria)25 days paid annual leave per yearMeal voucher: 50 per monthContractPermanent full-time contract under Greek lawStandard working conditions: 40 hours per week / 5 daysRelocation & Remote PolicyFor Dutch candidates already residing in Greece with a house, remote work is fully available across all regions of Greece (TBU project eligibility).For new arrivals from abroad, standard relocation support includes:3 weeks hotel accommodation near the officeUp to 300 relocation support (reimbursed with first payment)Legal support with hiring documentationCandidates must be in Athens 7 days prior to the start date for onboarding formalitiesEmployees relocating from abroad must work onsite for the first 3 months before becoming eligible for remote workPlease note:Flight ticket is not covered, except partial reimbursement (up to 300 gross)No airport transfer, pick-up, or real estate assistance after the initial hotel stayWhy JoinBe part of a stable global employer offering long-term growth, inclusive international culture, and competitive perks in a flexible remote role that values your Dutch language expertise
