The Opportunity (1 Position Open): You will be the final point of escalation for consumer customers facing sophisticated security threats, performance degradation due to viruses/malware, and complex software installation/configuration issues. This role demands deep diagnostic skills, meticulous attention to security protocols, and the ability to maintain composure while guiding customers through high-stakes technical remediation. What You Will Do: Advanced Threat Remediation: Resolve challenging malware, virus, and phishing issues by guiding customers through detailed removal and system restoration processes.Software Diagnostics: Troubleshoot complex software installation failures, conflicts with operating systems (Windows/macOS), and subscription/licensing problems.System Diagnostics: Utilize remote diagnostic tools to analyze system logs and pinpoint and neutralize threats.Customer Security: Educate customers on best practices for digital hygiene, system security, and maintaining strong password protocols.Case Documentation: Meticulously document complex technical steps and case progress, ensuring comprehensive notes for audit and knowledge-sharing purposes. What You Need to Succeed: Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (C2) is essential.Technical Expertise: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or a related IT security role.
