Location: Athens, Greece

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries for a leading retail client, ensuring a professional and customer-focused experience
- Deliver accurate and complete information by utilizing appropriate tools, resources, and established procedures
- Occasionally promote additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs and interests
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent/Native in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background
- Competence in navigating computer systems and commonly used software applications
- Demonstrates professionalism, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Availability to work consistent overnight shifts

- Gross €1200 EUR + meal allowance €50/ month
- For any hours worked between 22:00-06:00 EET/EEST, hourly salary is adjusted by 25% per local employment law.
- 2 June
- Meal allowance and x14 month salary (13 and 14th monthly salary paid in spring and xmas period). 14:00-07:00 EET/EEST shift range, and work model will be exclusively on-site. For the time being and until September, the shift plan will remain 15:00-23:00 EET/EEST. No transportation is provided
