Swedish Customer Support Specialist Greece (Remote Optional) Location: Athens, Greece (remote work option available within Greece) ️ Start Dates: Multiple ️ Relocation support available About the Role Are you ready to start your international career in a dynamic, multicultural environment? Responsibilities Provide professional and friendly support to Swedish-speaking customers. Manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency. Understand customer needs and deliver clear, effective solutions. Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction in every interaction. Follow company policies and contribute to service improvements. Requirements Swedish: Native or C2 level (spoken & written). English: B2+ level for internal communication. No previous experience required full training provided. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. Willingness to relocate to Greece or already living in the country.
