We are looking for a Swedish Customer Support Representative to work for a leading e-commerce company
What you will do:
- Communicating through chat & phone with customers
- Answering how-to questions
- Troubleshooting customers' issues
- Create amazing experience that customers value
Requirements
The role requires:
- Native level of Swedish
- Advanced level of English
- Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
- Computer knowledge/tech savviness
- Relocation to Athens, Greece
- EU Passport holder
- Working on site
