Technical Manager (Ref. 5865/TM/ESS/GR)


Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Σχεδιασμός, ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση τεχνικών έργων και λύσεων για τη βέλτιστη λειτουργία των εγκαταστάσεων κατά βάση στη Βόρεια Ελλάδα.
  • Εποπτεία της συντήρησης, της λειτουργίας και της αναβάθμισης του εξοπλισμού, με έμφαση στη βελτιστοποίηση διαδικασιών και την αποδοτικότητα.
  • Αξιολόγηση νέων τεχνολογιών και τάσεων του κλάδου για την ενσωμάτωσή τους στις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας.
  • Διαχείριση, καθοδήγηση και ανάπτυξη της τεχνικής ομάδας, ενισχύοντας τη συνεργασία και την επίτευξη στόχων.
  • Διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με τα πρότυπα ποιότητας, τις περιβαλλοντικές απαιτήσεις και τη νομοθεσία του κλάδου.
  • Συνεργασία με άλλους συνεργάτες και υπεργολάβους, για την εφαρμογή καινοτόμων τεχνικών λύσεων και τη συνεχή βελτίωση των διαδικασιών.


Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο κατά προτίμηση Πολιτικού ή Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού.
  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Ελάχιστη εμπειρία 8 ετών σε σχεδιασμό, τεχνική διοίκηση ή διαχείριση δημοσίων έργων, εκ των οποίων τουλάχιστον 3 σε θέση ευθύνης.
  • Άριστη γνώση νομοθεσίας δημοσίων έργων, τεχνικών προδιαγραφών, συστημάτων ERP και λογισμικού διαχείρισης έργων.
  • Ισχυρές διοικητικές και ηγετικές δεξιότητες, με έμφαση στην ανάπτυξη ομάδας και τη δημιουργία θετικού εργασιακού κλίματος.
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες, καθώς και δεξιότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων και διαχείρισης κρίσεων.
  • Προσανατολισμός στην καινοτομία και τη συνεχή βελτίωση.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
