Ο/Η επιθυμητός HR Assistant θα έχει την ευθύνη:

  • Δημιουργία και ανάρτηση αγγελιών στο site της εταιρίας καθώς και σε διάφορα άλλα job sites
  • Υποστήριξη των διαδικασιών επιλογής προσωπικού (αξιολόγηση και επιλογή υποψηφίων, πρόσληψη εργαζομένων)
  • Έλεγχος και ενημέρωση ηλεκτρονικού και φυσικού αρχείου (φάκελοι εργαζομένων, βάση βιογραφικών σημειωμάτων κ.α.)
  • Παρακολούθηση τήρησης ωραρίου και προγραμμάτων εργασίας
  • Παρακολούθηση αδειών και ενημέρωση σχετικού αρχείου, λήψη σχετικών αιτήσεων και δικαιολογητικών
  • Καταχώρηση προκαταβολών και ενημέρωση σχετικού αρχείου
  • Παρακολούθηση της ορθής εφαρμογής των εταιρικών κανονισμών και διαδικασιών
  • Συμμετοχή στη διαδικασία αξιολόγησης του προσωπικού
  • Συμμετοχή σε ημέρες καριέρας με στόχο την προσέλκυση υποψηφίων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Για τον κατάλληλο υποψήφιο:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ (Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Ψυχολογία, Οικονομικά ή συναφές)
  • Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ (MS Office, Internet)
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε οργανωμένο τμήμα Ανθρωπίνου Δυναμικού
