Quality Assurance and Control Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Control Specialist to join our team.

  • Implementing and maintaining the Company's Quality Management System in accordance with industry standards.
  • Collaborating with project personnel to develop and update Inspection & Test Plans, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Conducting regular inspections and testing activities to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordinating with construction personnel to monitor third-party testing and ensure quality control measures are in place.
  • Working closely with the Engineering Department to issue Work Method Statements and ensure their implementation.
  • Notifying the Project Director of any nonconformities and ensuring that corrective actions are implemented accordingly.
  • Maintaining the Materials Control System, including submission for approval, receipt, storage, preservation, traceability, and recording, in accordance with the Project Quality Plan/System.
  • Providing training to project personnel on quality-related matters.
  • Conducting regular quality audits to assess the implementation of the Project Quality Plan/System.
  • Preparing monthly reports on the performance status of Project Quality activities and relevant issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electromechanical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the construction sector.
  • Desirable: experience working on complex construction projects.
  • Excellent command of the English language (oral and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
