Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our French-English Travel Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch support to our customers.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in people's lives. You will be working closely with our partners to resolve customer queries and provide accurate information to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Be the first point of contact for our partners by resolving basic questions and queries
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools, methods, and processes
What We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is fluent in French and English, has high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 6 months of customer service, tourism or hospitality experience. You should also be computer savvy, have knowledge of product or service, and be able to relocate to Greece.
