Customer Experience Specialist

Are you fluent in German and looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a customer experience specialist to join our team.

As a customer experience specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing one of the world's most esteemed companies in the tobacco industry. You will utilize phone calls, e-mails, and chats to provide a seamless customer experience and respond to inquiries about our products.

You will also resolve issues as they arise, addressing customers' concerns in a professional and timely manner. Your goal will be to turn every customer into a happy customer.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in German
  • Very good use of English - both in written and spoken language
  • Work experience as a customer support/customer care representative will be considered an asset
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • A genuine problem-solving mentality and a deep sense of ownership
  • Tech savviness and learning agility
  • A positive attitude
