Ambassador of Customer Satisfaction


About the Role:

This is a key position in our customer-facing team, where you will be the primary point of contact for customers via live chat, telephone, email and social media.


Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional support to our customer base by assisting with account queries including payment, login, verification and bet queries.
  2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address concerns in a timely manner.
  3. Handle complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions to ensure a positive experience.
  4. Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
  5. Record all interactions with customers and use this feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:
  • A high school degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Fluency in English, with Greek language proficiency also required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in a call center environment is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
