Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of HR Generalist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and looking to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our team.

  • Manage the recruitment cycle from start to finish for various roles
  • Participate in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
  • Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related topics
  • Update the HR database with all relevant employee information
  • Handle employee relations matters to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance the skills of our team members
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR-related role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques
  • People-oriented mindset with empathy and a positive attitude
  • Strong time-management skills, including prioritizing and organizing tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
