Description

We are seeking a senior professional to lead the design, development and implementation of scalable online learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading teams and driving innovation in high-stakes language assessment and online education.

The Head of Learning will be responsible for defining and executing a vision and strategy for online learning within the high-stakes English language assessment domain. This includes leading the end-to-end design, development and deployment of our online test preparation ecosystem.

The successful candidate will collaborate with UX, Tech and Academic teams to create an engaging and seamless learner journey within a new LMS platform. They will conduct competitive and market analysis to ensure product-market fit and drive commercial growth.

The Head of Learning will establish quality standards for all online learning products and ensure alignment with certification objectives and pedagogy. They will gather learner and stakeholder insights to inform continuous product improvement.

The role requires strong leadership skills and experience working in cross-functional, agile teams. A proven track record in leading the creation and launch of scalable online learning or test preparation products is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a vision and strategy for online learning within the high-stakes English language assessment domain.
  • Lead the end-to-end design, development and deployment of our online test preparation ecosystem.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading the creation and launch of scalable online learning or test preparation products.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience working in cross-functional, agile teams.
  • Experience in product strategy and digital content commissioning.
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms and online pedagogy.
