Percassi is an entrepreneurial group with a strong focus on anticipating market trends.

The Retail business develops and manages various brands with a diversified offer. Key accountabilities include managing daily activities for a specific store area, receiving, packaging, organizing products in a timely and tidy manner, managing deliveries of the stockroom, being responsible for stock management, and assisting the Store Manager in matters of goods' management.

  • Manage all daily activities for a specific area of the store, including receiving, packaging, organizing products in a timely and tidy manner etc
  • Manage the deliveries of the stockroom
  • Be responsible for the stock management
  • Assist the Store Manager in matters of goods' management
Qualifications and Competencies Required

A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years' retail experience or 4 years' retail experience in absence of a degree are required. Additionally, a minimum of 1 year's management experience, proven experience in retail management, including experience in coaching and mentoring people, excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays according to operational needs, fluent in English, and ability to use retail business systems and Microsoft Office are necessary.
