Italian Speaking Consultant Role
  • As an Italian Speaking Consultant, you will be responsible for providing dedicated support to our Italian-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will engage with clients to assess their online payment needs and propose tailored solutions. They will also support clients in the integration and effective usage of our online payment systems, deliver ongoing training and assistance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and service delivery.

Additionally, the consultant will stay updated on industry trends and compliance regulations related to online payments and collect and analyze client feedback to inform continuous improvement of services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is also preferred.
  • Good understanding of online payment solutions and financial technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer support, consulting, or the fintech industry is a plus.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
