TTEC Europe B.V. Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Oddział w Polsce is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Croatian-English Travel Customer Service Representative in support of Booking.com.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong interest in the travel industry. As a Croatian-English Travel Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to customers via various communication channels.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Conducting research to provide accurate and valid information to resolve customer issues
• Being the first point of contact for our partners by resolving basic questions and queries related to room modifications, rates, and availability
• Providing detailed and relevant information using our tools and methods
• Ensuring a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience

Requirements:

• Fluent in Croatian and English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product knowledge
• Computer literacy
• Relocation to Greece is required
