Senior Biotechnology Specialist

The role of Senior Biotechnology Specialist is an opportunity to be part of a pioneering project in biotechnology, bringing about exciting developments in medicine, treatments, and healthcare.

As the field of biotechnology advances, we are at the forefront of innovations in injectable facilities. Our commitment to developing new medicines from complex natural compounds with biological origin has led us to establish a Research and Development Center for biotechnology.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and writing technical documents for regulatory submissions.
  • Creating and maintaining SOPs, scientific reports, and other CMC-related documents.
  • Collecting, evaluating, and analyzing scientific data.
  • Conducting extensive literature research and studying scientific documents.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute CMC strategies for biologics development programs.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate with a Master's or Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in development or regulatory departments, with a focus on CMC.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Understanding of biologics manufacturing processes, including cell culture, purification, and aseptic processing.
  • Experience with regulatory submissions and interactions with regulatory agencies (FDA, EMA, etc.).
  • Statistical analysis skills for scientific data.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
