Job Title: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and wants to be part of a dynamic organization.
About the Role:The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers regarding lost or delayed parcels, complaints, and delivery status inquiries. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues, accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions in internal systems, escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments, follow up with customers to ensure successful resolution, identify and log any discrepancies related to parcel handling, and support general inventory and warehouse processes when needed.
Required Qualifications:- Prior experience in customer service or logistics is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Greek; basic English knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with computer systems and customer service platforms
- Team player with a hands-on and problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in logistics or business is a plus
- A stable full-time position in a tech-forward, people-first organization
