Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the onboarding process for enterprise cybersecurity clients. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.

Your duties will include driving execution of kickoff calls, technical scoping sessions, solution utilization, and integrations. You will also define and lead outcome-driven onboarding strategies for enterprise cybersecurity clients. Collaboration with internal teams and external client stakeholders is essential to ensure alignment and smooth hand-offs. Additionally, you will diagnose and resolve onboarding roadblocks—technical, process-related, or organizational.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess certain skills and qualifications. These include:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SecOps, threat intelligence, technical consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong project management skills (PMP, CSM, or experience running technical implementations).
  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity platforms; comfortable leading live demos, scoping technical integrations, and training.
  • Experience in conducting assessments according to security standards (e.g., ISO27001, NIS2).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude for understanding customer needs.
