Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and communication strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, overseeing brand positioning, and managing external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Develop and monitor annual marketing plans and budgets, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Oversee brand positioning and communication presence across all channels, including B2C and B2B.
- Plan and execute PR activities and events, showcasing the company's values and mission.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, informing strategic decisions and development initiatives.
- Lead and manage external partners, including creative agencies, PR firms, photographers, and content production teams.
- Support the creation of content and marketing materials for new projects and development initiatives as needed.
New Hotel Openings
- Participate in concept and branding strategy development for new hotel properties.
- Create corporate identity, including logos, brand books, visual languages, and messaging.
- Design and implement pre-opening marketing campaigns, leveraging PR, partnerships, and B2B channels.
- Select and manage external collaborators, ensuring quality and alignment with company standards.
- Conduct site visits to ensure operational alignment and support content creation efforts.
Internal Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Revenue, HR, and Design teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Guide and support external partners and in-house teams, promoting a cohesive company culture.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots, as well as promotional material production.
- Support public relations efforts and presence at international forums, expos, and industry events.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (MSc or MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle marketing.
- Proven experience in brand development, communication strategies, and pre-opening projects.
- Excellent knowledge of content management tools.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work across cross-functional teams.
- Pleasant and dynamic personality with strong soft skills and creativity.
- Experience in photo shoots, video production, and promotional content creation.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling approach to hospitality.
- Flexibility to travel and provide on-site hotel support.
- Proficiency in a second European language is a plus.
