Εργασια: Project Manager

Η θέση του Project Manager είναι υπεύθυνη για την επιβλέψει και συντονίστε τις δραστηριότητες της εταιρίας από τη στιγμή που λαμβάνεται μια εντολή αγοράς σε προμηθευτή εξωτερικού μέχρι την αποστολή της παραγγελίας στον πελάτη.

Διαδικασία Εργασίας:

  1. Καθημερινός προγραμματισμός του κυκλώματος παραγγελιών Χονδρικής (Αποστολή Προτιμολογίου, Επικοινωνία με τμήμα πωλήσεων κ Finance, Αποστολή Παραγγελίας στην Αποθήκη, Επικοινωνία με Logistics, Αποστολή Loading Reference σε Πελάτες, Καταχώρηση Παραστατικών Πώλησης - Αρχειοθέτηση Παραστατικών)
  2. Διαχείριση της B2B Πλατφόρμας Χονδρικής και Eshop (Εκτέλεση των παραγγελιών eshop - Επικοινωνία με πελάτες- Διαχείριση αποθέματος μεταξύ αποθηκών - Εβδομαδιαία καταχώρηση πληρωμών Eshop)
  3. Διαχείριση της διαδικασίας Εισαγωγών (Λήψη κ καταχώρηση Προσφορών από Προμηθευτές, Άνοιγμα Νέων Κωδικών, Διαχείριση Εκτελωνιστικών Διαδικασιών, Αναζήτηση Προσφορών από Μεταφορικές εταιρείες, Παραλαβή Εμπορευμάτων κ καταγραφή των Lot Number, Τήρηση Διαδικασιών Φορολογικής Αποθήκης)
  4. Αναζήτηση Νέων Προμηθευτών
  5. Αρχειοθέτηση Παραστατικών Πωλήσεων - Αγορών - Δαπανών
  6. Εμπορική Αλληλογραφία με προμηθευτές - πελάτες
  7. Reporting προς τη Διοίκηση σε μηνιαία βάση

Προσωπικά Χαρακτηριστικά/Ικανότητες:

  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες σε γραπτό κ προφορικό λόγο.
  • Προσήλωση σε στόχους κ τήρηση των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων παράδοσης των Project.
  • Οργανωτικότητα, μεθοδικότητα.
  • Προτεραιοποίηση Εργασιών, διαχείριση Χρόνου.
  • Ενθουσιασμός στη μάθηση νέων δεξιοτήτων κ γνώσεων.
  • Multi-tasking.

Ακαδημαϊκό υπόβαθρο, εμπειρία και γνώσεις:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ-ΤΕΙ με κατεύθυνση Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Marketing,Logistics.
  • Εμπειρία σε προγράμματα εμπορικης διαχείρισης, εισαγωγών και eshop.
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών.
  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ, MS Office(Excel, PowerPoint) CRM, ERP( Epsilon Pylon ).
