Your Mission: Deliver Strategic Growth

As a seasoned partnership builder, you will leverage your expertise in sales, marketing, and customer development to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to position us as the leading partner in the automotive glass sector.

Main Responsibilities

Account Strategy & Development


• Develop and execute commercial strategies to serve local markets.


• Understand unique business needs of each account to uncover opportunities and resolve challenges.


• Educate customers on safety, cost, and technological benefits of our solutions.


• Identify and support onboarding of new business and customer segments.

Customer Relationship Management


• Build long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.


• Prepare and participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and commercial negotiations.


• Follow up on agreed actions and ensure delivery on commitments.


• Collaborate across departments to exceed client expectations.

Sales Execution


• Support development of partnership agreements for long-term customer retention.


• Monitor KPIs per customer.


• Contribute to internal reporting and contract supervision.

What You Bring


• 3–5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development.


• Experience in automotive, insurance, leasing, or B2B services is an advantage.


• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.


• Commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset.


• Solid numerical background, enabling you to understand data and analyze performance.


• Extrovert personality who thrives on building strong relationships and connecting with people at all levels.


• Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.


• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
