Operations Manager
Description:
CQS S.A. is seeking a high-caliber Call Center Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing team. We thrive on quality, flexibility, and a relentless focus on client success.
The position reports to the Chief Operations Officer and key activities include coordinating daily activities, optimizing working schedules, and guaranteeing consistently high-quality CRM services to valued clients.
The ideal candidate has a University Degree in Business Administration with a proven business development and management track record within the Call Center industry. They possess exceptional strategic and analytical thinking abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills to articulate vision and foster collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Building robust relationships across all levels of the organization and externally to mobilize resources effectively and achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements:

- A proven business development and management track record within the Call Center industry, including at least 5 years of significant staff management experience.
- Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills to articulate vision and foster collaboration.
- A solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures, ensuring operational efficiency and accountability.
- Ability to anticipate future business trends, technology developments, and market expectations, translating them into new business opportunities.
