Seeking an experienced Legal Professional to join our organization

Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Legal Officer to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for drafting, proofreading and updating various types of legal contracts, including lease agreements, agency agreements, subcontractor agreements and shareholder agreements.

You will also assist in the execution and legalization of documents, as well as draft and supervise shareholder meetings and statutes. Additionally, you will handle communication with external lawyers and provide assistance with publication formalities and monitoring deadlines.

Another key aspect of this role will be handling claim cases and requests, as well as providing support for tender announcements and liaising with different departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in law
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a large organization or prominent law firm
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
