As an Associate IT Engineer, you will be responsible for providing first-level support and training to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving software or hardware issues, monitoring requests on our ticketing system (Jira) and resolving them in a timely manner, and updating and maintaining documentation of IT processes and procedures.

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Similar and up to 1 year of related experience in Technical Support, IT administration or equivalent role. They are hands-on experienced with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments, familiar with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, G Suite administration, MS Office knowledge, basic networking skills, strong problem-solving skills, customer-oriented and patient.

Responsibilities:"
  • Provide first-level support and training to end-users
