**Job Title:** Frontend Engineering Leadership
As a seasoned Frontend Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing and developing software solutions. Your expertise in Angular and leadership skills will drive architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and shape the front-end strategy across projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead the front-end design and development process for large-scale applications.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, reviewing code and providing architectural guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, back-end engineers, and analysts to deliver robust solutions.
  • Define front-end best practices and tooling across teams.
  • Contribute to project planning, effort estimations, and risk management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in front-end development with Angular, at least 2 years in a senior lead capacity.
  • Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
  • Experience with component architecture, state management patterns, and lazy loading.
  • Strong command of MVC/MVVM patterns, dependency injection, and modular application design.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams, conducting code reviews, and driving engineering excellence.
