Software Engineer in Test

Job Description

As a Software Engineer in Test, you will have the opportunity to work on large-scale projects that directly impact millions of citizens around the globe. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement test automation scripts and frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand the business logic for the system under test and identify areas where automation can add value.
  • Design and develop automated tests using various tools and technologies, such as Selenium, SoapUI, and JMeter.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
  • Analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to ensure consistency and efficiency.


Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in software testing, including expertise in writing test scripts for functional, regression, and performance tests.
  • Experience with various tools and technologies, such as Selenium, SoapUI, JMeter, Cucumber, Serenity, TestNG, JUnit, Mockito, REST Assured API, and Jira.
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
