\Αναζητάμε ένα δημιουργικό και δυναμικό άτομο για να αναλάβει την ευθύνη της ασφαλής, λειτουργικής και αξέχαστης εμπειρίας των προσκεκλημένων και των μελών της Παιδικής Λέσχης.
\Περιγραφή του Ρόλου:
\- \
- Δημιουργία ευρηματικών και διασκεδαστικών δραστηριοτήτων για τους μικρούς επισκέπτες του θερέτρου.\
- Διασφάλιση της σωστής εφαρμογής των λειτουργιών της Παιδικής Λέσχης και συμμόρφωσής τους με βάση τις τυπικές απαιτήσεις.\
- Τήρηση του αρχείου καταγραφής των παιδιών που εισέρχονται και εξέρχονται από την Παιδική Λέσχη.\
- Δημιουργία ποικίλλων δραστηριοτήτων για όλα τα επίπεδα ηλικιών και ικανότητας.\
- Οργάνωση παιδικών πάρτυ, γενεθλίων κλπ. καθώς και δημιουργία, προώθηση και λειτουργία επικερδών δραστηριοτήτων για την επίτευξη του προϋπολογισμού του τμήματος.\
- Διατήρηση καθαριότητας, τακτοποίησης και συντήρησης του εξοπλισμού καθώς και της κατάλληλης και ασφαλούς αποθήκευσής του.\
Προσόντα & Εμπειρία:

- Πτυχίο Παιδαγωγικής/ Προσχολικής εκπαίδευσης ή ισότιμο.\
- Επαγγελματίες χωρίς πτυχίο, αλλά με αποδεδειγμένη προηγούμενη εμπειρία.\
- Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση, σε πολυτελές ξενοδοχείο ή κρουαζιερόπλοιο.\
- Καλή γνώση της γερμανικής και της αγγλικής γλώσσας.\
- Άριστες δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και παρουσίασης.\
- Ικανότητα χειρισμού όλων των επειγόντων περιστατικών που σχετίζονται με παιδιά.\
- Ευγενική, χαρούμενη, έμπιστη και εξωστρεφής προσωπικότητα.\
- Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε καθεστώς βαρδιών.\
- Ικανότητα εργασίας ως μέλους μιας διεθνούς ομάδας.\
- Αποτελεσματική εργασία υπό πίεση.\
- Πολίτης της ΕΕ.\
