About the Role:


As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and safety of online interactions. Your primary responsibilities will involve applying content policies and moderation procedures with precision and consistency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret nuanced digital communications, thereby effectively enforcing the platforms terms of use.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Content Review: Assess a variety of digital content, including videos, images, and text, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  • Content Scoring: Evaluate content based on criteria such as age appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
  • Documentation: Meticulously record customer interactions, including inquiries and resolutions, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Wellness Participation: Engage in wellness initiatives and training programs designed to foster a supportive work environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to identify and escalate potential issues impacting performance and KPIs.

Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in operations or customer service environments.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hebrew and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

We Offer:



  • A competitive salary of €1,450 per month.
  • Lunch vouchers with a monthly allocation of €85 net.
  • Transportation allowance of €65 gross monthly.
