Περιγραφή Θέσης:

Η εταιρεία αναζητά έναν Experience Technical Supervisor για την οργάνωση και συνεχή βελτιστοποίηση των τεχνικών λειτουργιών.

Η στόχος της θέσης είναι η διασφάλιση της απρόσκοπτης και ασφαλούς λειτουργίας του παραγωγικού εξοπλισμού, μέσα από τον αποτελεσματικό σχεδιασμό και εφαρμογή τεχνικών στρατηγικών συντήρησης.

  • Προληπτική Συντήρηση: Κατάρτιση, οργάνωση και παρακολούθηση του ετήσιου πλάνου προληπτικής συντήρησης για τον μηχανολογικό και ηλεκτρολογικό εξοπλισμό.
  • Κατανομή και Καθοδήγηση Προσωπικού: Συντονισμός της ημερήσιας δραστηριότητας της τεχνικής ομάδας και παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης και εκπαίδευσης.
  • Αντιμετώπιση Βλαβών: Εποπτεία τεχνικών επεμβάσεων για την αποκατάσταση βλαβών και ανάλυση των αιτιών τους.
  • Τεχνικά Έργα & Βελτιώσεις: Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση βελτιώσεων εξοπλισμού και τεχνικών επενδύσεων.
  • Υγεία & Ασφάλεια: Διασφάλιση της ασφαλούς εκτέλεσης όλων των τεχνικών εργασιών.
  • Απόθεμα & Προμήθειες: Έλεγχος διαθεσιμότητας ανταλλακτικών και τεχνικών υλικών.
  • Τεχνική Τεκμηρίωση: Τήρηση αρχείων εξοπλισμού και ιστορικών συντηρήσεων.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
  • Ελάχιστη Εμπειρία 5 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε βιομηχανία τροφίμων.
  • Άριστη γνώση και εμπειρία στη συντήρηση και λειτουργία βιομηχανικών εγκαταστάσεων.
  • Καλή γνώση νομοθεσίας Υγιεινής και Ασφάλειας, τεκμηριωτικών και διαχειριστικών διαδικασιών.
  • Εμπειρία στην οργάνωση και διαχείριση έργων και συνεργείων.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και χειρισμού Η/Υ (MS Office, AutoCAD).
  • Ικανότητες οργάνωσης, επίλυσης προβλημάτων και συνεργασίας.
  • Αναπτυγμένες οργανωτικές και ηγετικές ικανότητες.
