The Role
We are currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to manage our front desk on a daily basis, performing various administrative and clerical tasks. As a key point of contact for our organization, this role requires excellent communication and administration skills, along with a customer-service oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and customers, directing them to the appropriate person as needed.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, providing accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Perform other receptionist duties, including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and more.
Requirements
- 2 years' proven work experience in similar roles, preferably in the automotive industry or with additional certification in Office Management.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft's Office tools.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
