Job Title:
B2B Associate Manager with German or French in AthensWe are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our team of account executives and sales development associates. As a B2B Associate Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team that drives revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of account executives and sales development associates to achieve quarterly revenue goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance team performance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and close deals.
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills, knowledge, and expertise in sales and customer service.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or 4+ years of experience in sales and sales management, preferably in the digital/tech field.
- 2+ years of people leadership, team leadership, or team coaching/mentorship experience.
- Proven track record in both hunting and farming sales, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Expertise in scaling businesses in a high-growth market, with a deep understanding of sales operations, marketing, and customer engagement.
- Strong executive presence, gravitas, and ability to influence at the C-level, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to coach and provide guidance to team members with the aim of improving the sales skills of the team.

Working Model:
Full-time position, Monday-Friday, normal business hours
