Digital Transformation Specialist

DEMO SA is seeking an IT specialist to join the company's digital platforms department. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and delivering modern digital workflow applications.
- Develop and deliver digital workflow applications to automate business processes.
- Lead project execution by analyzing business needs and collaborating with internal and external resources.
- Support existing platforms and coordinate with IT infrastructure, ERP, and BI teams for enhanced data integration.
- Work closely with business units to understand their requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business applications analysis, software development, or solution design.
- Working experience and certifications with Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Azure, and SQL Server.
- Programming experience in Java, PHP, .Net, Python, PowerApps, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
- Knowledge of front-end development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
