Overview: We are seeking an experienced Ukrainian Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a key member of our content moderation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of digital content.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately 35,000 - 50,000 EUR, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

Your Role: As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough content analysis to identify and address violations of community standards, terms of service, and legal requirements.
  • Providing constructive feedback and coaching to content moderators to enhance their performance and ensure consistency in moderation decisions.
  • Developing and maintaining quality assurance processes and documentation to track and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Training, and Product Development, to continuously improve moderation processes and tools.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to content moderation, recommending necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent English (C1) and Ukrainian (C1), with excellent grammar and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in content moderation or quality assurance, preferably within a BPO or tech company.
  • Strong understanding of online community standards, legal requirements, and regulatory frameworks related to content moderation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail, capable of maintaining accuracy while working with large volumes of content.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to provide clear feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with moderation tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Experience with machine learning-based moderation tools is a plus.
